How to remove battery：
1. Follow the procedure in Before working inside your computer.
2. Remove the base cover.
3. To remove the battery：
(1)Disconnect the battery cable from the connector on the system board.
(2)Remove the M2.0 x 5.0 screws that secure the battery to the computer.
NOTE: A 3-cell battery has a single screw, and a 4-cell battery has two screws. Hence, the image displayed below is a 4-cell battery.
(3)Lift the battery from the computer.
